For our Junior Boxers we believe boxing not only teaches the importance of keeping fit and boxing techniques but also self-confidence, discipline and self-defence. The main focus of our sessions are on basics boxing skills then progressing onto improving fitness.

For our Juniors, we believe boxing may also provide structured, goal orientated surroundings which can be character building, whilst ensuring a safe and friendly environment.
